Simply fill in the information in the following form and click on submit. You will receive a confirmation from Golf Holidays which will confirm the entry, provide a cost, and request a credit card for the deposit. A deposit of $150 CDN will be required when you deposit and final payment will be requested 60 days before the event. No funds are refundable once paid. However, you may purchase Cancellation Protection, at the time of booking, for $89 per person. Cancellation Protection provides a full refund of all monies paid should cancellation occur, for any reason, up to 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival.
